Bodybuilding in terms of starvation, this is the idea of scary and desperate experiment of Kiev trainer Yuriy Spasokukotsky! Today Yuriy graciously agreed to talk about intricacies of so-called «drying» and «weight loss», reveal secrets of flat ABS in just a couple of weeks:

«First, let’s answer the most common question usually asked when people read similar article : What actually is the difference between «drying» and «weight loss»?
In fact, everything is extremely simple:
More traditional «weight loss» is just indiscriminate dumping of total body weight, resulting in hunger and unsustainable diets, the body loses weight due to dehydration and muscle mass loss, while fat is burned moderately, and after resumption of a normal diet, a person gets noticeably fat, since metabolism is slowed down completely by ridiculous «weight loss».

«Bodybuilding.

«Drying» is an attempt to lose weight by means of loosing fat without losing muscle and without causing such damage to your metabolism that inevitably occurs, if you lose weight with ordinary illiterate methods. Therefore, human health is not suffering and the achieved result retains by 80-90% after coming back to a normal diet.
«Not everybody wants to have very big muscles, but all people are interested in muscle relief and flat ABS to various degrees. Many people say they are not interested in it, but when I go to a beach then everybody is watching my ABS. This is not surprising: a flat and relief abdomen is at the center of your figure, you can be too thin and not sufficiently broad-shouldered, but if you’ve got sporty stomach — it is always a benefit for your health and aesthetics of your physique.

«Bodybuilding.

Unfortunately, most people do not have ABS relief, and muscles relief. It is due to low quality and incorrect amount of food present in the diet that hinders high-quality weight loss due to subcutaneous fat. In order to flatten your ABS, you have to overhaul your diet completely to start with, adjust amount of calories and macronutrients (protein, fat and carbohydrates) eaten per day and then exercise on an ABS’ machine. There is no other way. You can exercise every day for two hours to train your ABS, but still have a fat abdomen and do not lose even a kilogram! 99% of ABS can be shaped in just a month, by making only three approaches to ABS trainings for not more than three times a week!

However, it can be seen only when you lose weight, and you will have less than 10% of body fat and a fold of fat on your stomach will be not thicker than 12 millimeters (if measured by Stengel-compasses, for example). Running in the mornings and aerobics classes at a club without a trainer certainly won’t help. You are to go through a so-called «drying» with an experienced trainer in bodybuilding — series of lessons on a special training program and nutrition, selected taking into account all the individual nuances of your body.

«Bodybuilding.

Trainer-nutritionist will make a detailed menu for you, make a list of all food and beverages in grams, will choose exactly those exercises that burn fat (instead of doing almost useless ABS twisting). These menus and training will evolve as you will lose weight in your preferred areas. Your belly fat will «burn», together with other problem areas (if you have excess fat on the arms, neck, hips or sides) and the cellulite will disappear (if you were «lucky» to get it).

«Bodybuilding.

Period of time required for «drying» depends on the amount of fat, which prevents seeing beauty of your body. Usually I hold a fast «drying» before a competition: I lose weight burning up to 10 kilos of fat in 2 weeks, after that 3-4 percent of body fat remains. The longest “drying” was held by my 53-year old client — 9 months. During this period he lost 60 kilos of fat and also added about 10 kilos of muscle mass. Despite the first impression, diet and exercise are good for your health.

«Bodybuilding.

Diet, exercise equipment and sporting starvation detoxify your body, normalize blood pressure and blood composition. As a result of a quality diet people stop snoring at night, cure all digestive system diseases completely (ulcers, heartburn, gastritis), blood sugar level becomes normal. Injuries and health problems can appear only if you have incorrect training and ridiculous diet.

«Bodybuilding.

Exercising in «drying» on your own is dangerous and foolish – you can burn muscles instead of fat and after a wrong diet your result will immediately disappear and your belly will be bigger. When attempting to burn your fat uncontrolled by a trainer and a nutritionist, there may be other consequences: violation of nervous and immune systems. Finishing “drying” or “losing weight” has also to be done under strict supervision of an expert otherwise you may face such «charms» as inflammation of a pancreas, diarrhea and severe nausea.

«Bodybuilding.

Many inexperienced bodybuilders are treated in hospital with an intoxication of the body after a competition, since after a strict diet they started to eat uncontrollably everything they saw. If everything is done correctly, 80% of the results obtained during «drying» are preserved, even if you begin to eat more. As for me personally, losing weight by ten or even thirty kilos (fat) is an elementary action, regardless of whether it’s my body fat or work with my clients.

«Bodybuilding.

However, in 2010 I decided to go ahead and try very hard kind of «drying» (weight loss) that I called later “sport fasting”. Instead of dieting and eating vegetables and chicken, I generally refused to eat, with daily exercising. My goal was reached. I kept working weight and muscle mass, while stopped muscle catabolism and accelerated catabolism of fats in many times. Within two weeks of preparing for competitions I removed more than 10 kilos of fat practically without suffering from hunger and weakness. As a result, the duration of “drying” was many times reduced and the result increased many times.

«Bodybuilding.

Shortening of «drying» due to complete fasting (water only, special vitamins, amino acids) allowed to protect my immune system and nervous system from a traditional load. I warn you! Do not try to starve and exercise alone!

«Bodybuilding.

Having made a mistake in choosing the anti-catabolic amino acids and vitamins, having not picked up means for maintain immunity and nervous system (various herbs and vitamins), you can suffer a crushing fiasco!
